Is Your Heater Failing? Watch for These Signs

One of the most obvious signs is if your house is no longer heating to the desired temperature. While this could be an issue with your thermostat, it’s important to have a technician inspect your unit as it can also indicate your system is failing.
Other symptoms to watch for include if your unit is making odd noises, or if your utility bills are suddenly increasing – signaling your system is losing efficiency.

Found the outdoor capacitor blown. Replaced the capacitor and the system began operating normally. Pressures are high but that’s due to the heat load, system is producing an 18 degree temperature difference. Outdoor fan blades are bent causing the system to shake outside. System is a zoned single stage Goodman from 2015.
